How do I reserve a VIP Birthday Package on a Midnight Cruise?:

• Complete the form on this webpage
• We will email you available dates near your request
• Reply to the email with your date selection
• We will send you a link to your birthday webpage
• Send the link to your friends to view info & buy tickets

We will send you email updates periodically with a list of your guests that have purchased tickets.

Details about the Birthday Packages:

• Birthday Packages are Based on the Amount of Tickets purchased through the personalized birthday webpage that we create for you to send to your guests.
• Tickets start at $25 per person (price is subject to change as event date gets closer or the event is closer to being sold out) & each package has a minimum amount of tickets that must be purchased in order to receive that package.
• There are no additional package fees for a birthday package other than the price of the tickets & credit card processing fees associated with the ticket purchases. 
• The webpage is sent immediately however the complete package itself is Not confirmed until the minimum amount of tickets have been purchased.

Details about the Tickets within the Birthday Packages:

• All tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis
• Guests will need to purchase tickets before the event is sold out.
• You are not guaranteed any amount of tickets...this is an event that has a capacity. Guests must purchase tickets before the event is sold out or they will not be able to attend.
• If you do not reach the minimum amount of tickets purchase needed, then you will not receive the birthday package
• if you do not have a birthday package, then the birthday person will have to pay for their own ticket.

Advisories on tickets and birthday packages:

• Advise your guests to purchase tickets as soon as possible as all of our cruise events are sold out well in advance, (at times days or weeks in advance).
• All tickets are non-refundable. If you choose not to celebrate your birthday after tickets have been purchased, please note that tickets will not be refunded. All ticket sales are final.
• Guests must adhere to ID and Dress Code rules as well other rules in regards to conduct & behavior as stated in the Ticket Policy. If guests do not adhere to these rules, they will not be permitted entrance and will not receive a refund.
